Follow the White Rabbit

Jordan | February 21, 2011
How is “…the White Rabbit” like the Easter Bunny?

Answer: They both have Easter Eggs!  Good for you if you found it on your own but for those “select few” who have never clicked on every square inch of a comic before, on the off-chance that it might direct you to new content  well, your in luck.  One of the things that I hope sets Imagine Industries apart from the standard webcomic is the advent of hidden links in the occasional comic.  It won’t happen every time but keep your eyes open in the future because I may not warn you next time…alright, I probably will warn you next time but after that, your on your own…maybe.

Take a moment, if you haven’t already and try it out.  Don’t worry, I’ll wait for you to finish.

go ahead…

don’t worry, I’ll be here…

Alright, your back!  Now that you’ve read the hidden episode we can move on to more pressing matters like… what was the deal with The Matrix: Reloaded and Revolutions?  I mean, I know I’m beating a horse that’s been dead for nearly a decade now but that’s how bad those movies were…I’m still annoyed about them.  I guess it could be worse, the recent rumor that the Wachowskis Brothers could be planning to do 2 more sequels in 3D could turn out to be true, effectively burying any positive feelings I have left for the franchise.  Then again, it might not be so bad, after the Matrix Trilogy, they did go on to write V for Vendetta 🙂 …and then Speed Racer 🙁

I take it back Wachowskis Bros… No more Matrix movies.

Our first comment…and correction!

An excellent point by Spittoon on this comic’s comment board! Apparently, the Wachowskis’ did write the screenplay for “V for Vendetta” before they started work on “The Matrix”.

But in a way, that just strengthens my point, They did V, then the first Matrix, then the sequels, then Speed Racer…
Forget more Matrix movies…I think the Wachowskis’ should strongly consider taking their winnings and stepping away from the proverbial table before people start comparing them to M. Night Shyamalan. Opps, too late.

P.S. What is it about hard to spell last names and writers/directors who start strong then burn out? If anyone else can think up any other good examples, share on this comic’s comment board. Thanks again to Spittoon for catching my mistake…Hope it was worth it cause you’re dead to me now!

I think this is my favorite strip so far! I love the “vanilla Morpheus” joke. And then Jordan reacts the way he does to it. <3
