Welcome to Imagine Industries!
First and foremost, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to check out our site. We know you have literally thousands of choices when it comes to web comics so our primary goals is making this a comic that is consistently smart and funny, with a interesting story and dynamic characters that YOU will want to come back and visit again and again. No small task, I know but, if we didn’t try to make a great comic…why would you bother to read it?
Alright, enough of the serious stuff…
With this being Comic, “Numero Uno”, I think some form of introduction is in order. You see that handsome guy in the red shirt standing next to that big, dumb Gorilla in the comic? That’s me, Jordan. Now don’t feel bad that I picked on Josh…that primate will get his turn to talk and trust me, he won’t stop once he starts. In fairness, Josh is one of my oldest and dearest friends and all though he does, on occasion, tend to drag his knuckles when he walks, I couldn’t ask for a better, more dependable person to have in my corner.
One little side note before I turn things over to my co-writer…that poor New Guy doesn’t stand a chance!
Truly hoping to become part of your weekly ritual,
Josh | February 21, 2011
First things first, the both of us want to make sure and thank each and every person for coming and checking out our new web comic. It has been quite the journey, and we hope that all of our efforts will inspire you to come and visit our site day in and day out. Our goal is to create something funny and entertaining that you will want to make a part of your daily online ritual.
As for my co-writer Jordan, he has a quick whit and you may notice him making fun of me a lot, but he is just deflecting because he is insecure about his feminine features. I suppose standing next to a man with a perfect jaw like mine, it makes a wispy, girly-man like him feel less confident. Ok ok… honestly? Working on this project has been one of the best experiences of my life and being that we started over a year ago and are just getting online now, is a testimony to the guys that I work with. Jordan is one of my best friends, and even with his attempts to belittle me, we still get along great and I am very excited to be working on this project with him.
As for the New Guy, well I’m gonna have to agree with Jordan. Poor little guy won’t even see what hit him.
Till next time,
